Golden Sherwani for Groom with Hand Embroidery & Red Accents

This golden sherwani places gold on gold, using a golden Silk Jamawar base with gold thread embroidery across the body and sleeves. Deep red detailing then defines the neckline, centre front and cuffs.

A golden base, not simply gold embroidery

Unlike a cream or ivory sherwani decorated with gold, the base fabric here is itself golden. The threadwork remains in the same colour family, creating a dense gold-dominant surface rather than a pale garment with metallic contrast.

The embroidery combines hand-worked detailing with machine embroidery. It is not an entirely hand-embroidered garment.

Deep red detailing

Deep red is concentrated at the high collar and neckline, follows the centre-front opening and returns at the sleeve cuffs. Gold remains the dominant colour throughout the rest of the sherwani.

Large embellished buttons reinforce the centre line, and the garment is fully lined with a length of up to approximately 47 inches (119 cm).

The red shawl is a separate piece

The deep red velvet seen in the styled photographs belongs to a separate shawl. Velvet is therefore not the fabric of this sherwani: the sherwani itself is Silk Jamawar. The stitched red detailing at the neckline, front and cuffs is part of the garment.
