Delivery Information

Delivery times at Shadi Dress depend on what you are ordering. Bridal wear and groom wear are made after the order is placed, so they run on a longer timeline than wedding guest outfits, which move considerably faster. This page sets out each option, what it costs, and how the timeline is counted. Every timeline below is a complete order-to-delivery figure for a UK address. Production and courier transit are already included where they apply, so shipping days are not added on top afterwards.

Bridal and Groom Wear Delivery

Bridal outfits and groom wear go into production once the order is placed. Because Shadi Dress runs the manufacturing side directly, three delivery speeds are available, each with the maximum timeline shown below.

Normal Delivery

• Timeline: up to 3 months
• Delivery charge: free

The three-month window covers everything from the moment the order is placed, through production, to delivery at your UK address. Counting starts on the calendar day after the order is placed.

Rush Delivery

• Timeline: up to 30 calendar days in total
• Delivery charge: £59

Rush Delivery is there for brides and grooms working to a closer date than the normal timeline allows. Those 30 calendar days include both production and delivery, and the count begins on the calendar day after the order is placed.

Super Rush Delivery

• Timeline: up to 14 calendar days in total
• Delivery charge: £199

Super Rush is the fastest standard option on bridal and groom orders. Production and delivery both sit inside the 14 calendar days, counted from the day after the order is placed.

Sherwani Accessories and Add-Ons

If you select paid accessories or add-ons alongside a sherwani — a kurta pyjama, turban, shawl, khussa or another available item — those pieces follow the same overall delivery timeline as the sherwani itself. Only the accessories or add-ons you select and pay for are included in the order. They are not supplied automatically with the base sherwani.

Wedding Guest Wear Delivery

Wedding guest outfits run on a shorter standard timeline.

• Timeline: up to 18 calendar days in total
• Standard delivery charge: £9.99 — free on orders of £200 or more

The 18 days begin on the calendar day after your order is placed and run through to delivery at your UK address. No further shipping days are added at the end. Rush and Super Rush are not normally offered on wedding guest wear. If your event falls inside 18 calendar days, get in touch by WhatsApp or email before you order. A faster timeline is sometimes possible depending on the current production workload, but it is never guaranteed unless Shadi Dress confirms it against your specific order.

How the Delivery Timeline Is Counted

To keep things unambiguous, these rules apply across every option on this page:

• Counting starts the day after your order is placed. Order on the 3rd and the timeline begins on the 4th.
• The 14-day, 18-day and 30-day timelines are calendar days, not working days.
• Production and shipping sit inside the stated timeline. Transit time is not added separately at the end.
• Normal bridal and groom wear delivery is expressed as up to 3 months.

On bridal and groom orders, the sizing or measurement details are selected or supplied before checkout is completed. That is why the timeline starts on the calendar day after the order is placed, rather than waiting for measurements to arrive later.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

We do not want customers picking up unexpected import-related charges on a Shadi Dress order. In the unusual event that a courier or the relevant authority asks you for an additional customs, duty, tax or other import-related payment, contact Shadi Dress and send us evidence of the request — the courier email, invoice, payment request or a clear screenshot will do. Once the charge has been verified, Shadi Dress will return the equivalent verified amount to you, so that the extra cost does not fall on you.

Need Your Outfit Sooner?

On bridal dresses and groom wear, Rush Delivery brings the timeline down to a maximum of 30 calendar days for £59, and Super Rush to a maximum of 14 calendar days for £199. For wedding guest wear inside the normal 18-day window, message us before placing the order. Tell us your event date and which outfit you have in mind, and we will check whether a shorter timeline is workable against the current production schedule.
