• Label formals: branded, unstitched fabric that we buy directly from Pakistani labels, with a purchase record kept for every article. The embroidery comes on the label’s fabric, and our workshops cut and stitch it after you order. Approved size changes and feasible style changes cost nothing extra.
• Our own formals: designed and embroidered in our workshops, with the techniques our bridal wear uses. If you want a different colour or embroidery colour, other sleeves, a new neckline or another length, tell us before you order, so the pattern is cut right the first time.

Shapes, fabrics and work in the range

Our own formals are cut as long shirts over straight trousers, angrakha frocks that wrap and tie at the side, open gowns over trousers or a lehenga, gharara suits, pishwas and anarkalis. Shirts come in organza, tissue silk, chiffon or net over tissue silk, katan silk, brocade or jamawar, worked in dabka, zardozi, kora, pearls and sequins in gold, antique gold, rose gold or silver. Every outfit is stitched after you order, in a standard size or Custom Size, made exactly to the measurements you send; our team contacts you after you order to collect them. Between two sizes, choose the larger, and compare your measurements with our size guide first; the workshop works in inches.

Each design page shows its delivery options and an expected date for each before you order. Label formals take up to 18 calendar days. Our own designs show their available delivery options, charges and estimated dates on the product page. Times count from the day after you order and include stitching and shipping.
